About
© Vilija Arlauskaitė
I advise PSP’s (payment and electronic money institutions), management companies, investment firms and funds, brokerage firms, consumer credit providers, crowdfunding and P2P platforms operators, and crypto-asset service providers. I support clients across regulatory strategy, licensing, governance, and compliance.
In a fast-moving regulatory landscape, I advise executives, senior management, boards and supervisory bodies on both compliance and strategic decisions, working closely with senior leadership to meet regulatory expectations while enabling sustainable growth. I also serve as an independent board member of a financial institution.
I focus on results that help your business grow – fast, straight-to-the-point, business-driven advice.
I hold a Master’s degree from the Law Faculty at Vilnius University, an LL.M in Banking and Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London and have further developed my FinTech expertise through studies at Saïd Business School.
I also hold a Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association. I am a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and a member of ACAMS, with strong expertise in AML and financial crime prevention.
In addition, I completed the Board Leadership and Governance programme at the Baltic Management Institute.
